This workshop stresses how to enable counselors to help women discover what enlivens and deepens their connections to self, family, community and cosmos. Participants will discover their own sources of energy. Through thoughtful reflection and conversation, participants will learn how to tap into what enlivens them, what prompts people to give of themselves to others and to discover what gifts they would benefit from giving to themselves.
