The reason you should join our membership is because MCDA provides content, support, and networking opportunities that will build you up, as well as your practice. We have content that will educate you and keep you current. We also partner with other state-level Career Development organizations, and we collaborate with them to get you the best deals, more exposure, and employment opportunities.
OUR MISSION
The Maryland Career Development Association’s (MCDA) mission is to promote a forum where career professionals network and share resources to ensure the quality of career services to the standards of the National Career Development Association.

MCDA’s vision is that all career professionals provide the most effective and efficient services in an ethical manner.
MCDA is a division of the Maryland Career Development Association (MCA), which is a state branch of the American Counseling Association (ACA). It is a state division of the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
